IGA of Wentworth Point, with Epta and AJ Baker, focuses on natural refrigeration

​A new successful collaboration between Epta and AJ Baker & Sons, long term distributor of the Group specialised in the installation, supply and maintenance of refrigeration systems, for the new IGA Market Central store that occupies 2000 m² in Wentworth Point (Sydney).

Petar Lujic, the store owner, has put his trust in the expertise of Epta and AJ Baker to give his shop an eco-friendly turn, choosing cutting-edge refrigeration systems which are able to merge excellent performance, appealing aesthetics and lower energy costs.

Epta and AJ Baker have responded to these needs by proposing high-end solutions from the Bonnet Névé brand, using CO₂ refrigerant, and exclusive FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency.

The star of the store, with cabinets for both chilled and frozen products, is the SKYEFFECT Range by Bonnet Névé, which makes its debut in Australia in this store. The collection is designed to furnish the food area with a single product range that features coordinated design and minimum environmental impact. IGA has particularly appreciated the modern design and full glass doors of the positive-temperature vertical cabinets SkyView Plus, the semi-vertical cabinets Aeria Plus and the negative-temperature vertical cabinets SkyLight Plus. The appeal of these  cabinets is also enhanced by customization of the display, such as, gravitational shelves used to help bring products close to the consumers, improving merchandising and ease of shopping the goods.

In the Butchery and Cheese department the traditional Maxima Evolution Modular cabinet stands out, using both the self-service and serve-over versions, which highlight the specialty products whilst offering interesting cross-selling opportunities of complementary products on the top part of the counter.

The installation is completed by the ECO2Large plant with CO₂ transcritical FTE, a revolutionary system, patent pending in Italy and Australia, able to ensure excellent performance, even in extreme climatic conditions. Simple, Global, Industrialized and Reliable, FTE merges simplicity and performance, guaranteeing up to 17% energy saving (compared to a standard CO₂ booster plant).
