Continente Modelo chooses Epta for the new opening in Carcavelos
Continente, the well-known Portuguese retail chain, entrusts itself yet again to Epta International to fit-out the new supermarket Continente Modelo in the district of Carcavelos, in Lisbon. A consolidated partnership based on sharing the same value system.
The cardinal points include the commitment to ensuring clients products of the highest quality, the sustainable approach and promotion of initiatives in favour of the local community and development of the territory.
A longer shelf life thanks to Bonnet Névé refrigerated cabinets
In order to guarantee enhancement of the rich offer, whilst ensuring an increase in the shelf-life of products and a reduction in the environmental impact, Epta International suggested the Bonnet Névé refrigerated cabinets.
The vertical refrigerated cabinets of the SkyEffect SkyView Plus family in the open and closed version with terminal ends proved ideal to display packaged products, from dairy products to the selection of sliced meats, pizza, fresh pasta, to fruit and vegetables, of the fourth and fifth range and loose, laid out inside baskets that recall the atmosphere of typical town markets.
Design and food safety
The Retailer particularly appreciated the coordinated aesthetics of the cabinets and their essential design. The minimal lines, in addition to ensuring a wide view of the products, favour the integration of the cabinets within a decor designed to guide the Customers visually in finding the articles.
Furthermore, in the frozen department, the horizontal Agora ECO refrigerated cabinets for fish and the vertical refrigerated cabinets SkyLight of the SkyEffect family are worthy of note. Captur plug-in refrigerated islands also stand out. These solutions are characterised for the presence of rear sliding closures in glass that guarantee excellent preservation and food safety of the loose and packaged products and significant energy saving.
