EPTA FRANCE EQUIPS THE NEW INTERMARCHÉ OF COMPIÈGNE
Epta France has been selected to furnish the new Intermarché of Compiègne, a store of 2,500 m2 that is the highest expression of the French spirit and of the regional tradition of Oise.
The primary goal expressed by the Retailer is to enhance fresh local produce and the specialties of local craftsmen. This desire is fulfilled thanks to the careful design choices, which include integration of the colours of the French flag in the decor: from the claddings of the walls, to the finishes of the Bonnet Névé and Eurocryor refrigerated cabinets. A game of nuances and textures that in the fresh and frozen departments helps to transport the consumer inside a “temple of French taste", where the Epta solutions help to make the design unique. Worthy of note is the butchery corner, which amazes for the original customisation of the refrigerated cabinets with the blue colour and the three-colour flag, or the islands of cured meat, cheese and gastronomy, where the black refrigerated cabinets stand out against the terracotta walls.
The perfect integration of the vast range of Bonnet Névé has proved to be successful and has made it possible to realise an attractive set-up, for example, in the butchery area. The assortment is presented with three models of refrigerated cabinets, to guarantee maximum complementarity of the offer and the best display of each type of article, while rhythming the space. The traditional display cabinets Shape with Design aesthetic, personalised by EptaConcept with the insertion of stations where the meat is cut in front of the Customer's eyes, are dedicated to those who like to be advised by experienced staff. The self-service refrigerated cabinets Duo Design and the refrigerated cabinets SkyView Plus are ideal for consumers who favour quick shopping and focus respectively on processed and packaged products in the store or pre-packaged branded products. The vertical SkyView Plus for fresh products and the SkyLight for frozen products also stand out in the self-service aisles, accompanied by horizontal positive temperature models DUO Design and Cosmos ECO4 for frozen products, which give a “chic" and light touch to the entire department with their white colour.
Finally, to respond to the needs of the Retailer to enhance fresh products, Epta France has proposed to place plug-in solutions, selected from its vast range of Eurocryor and Bonnet Névé, alongside the remote refrigerated cabinets. This makes it unnecessary to connect to the CO2 pack already present in the store. A special version of Shape SV Bonnet Névé enhances the offer of fruit salads and pre-cut vegetables, while Twin Midi Eurocryor, thanks to its cascading shelves, and the possibility of presenting complementary specialties on the roof is the ideal choice for improving the visibility of the cakes made on site by maîtres-pâtissiers or finger foods for aperitivo time, while stimulating cross-selling.
