Sustainability and enhancement of products by Epta International, for Intermarché Beyne Heusay
The ambition of Intermarché has always been to offer customers high quality products at affordable prices, hence the decision to entrust itself to Epta International to restyle its store of Beyne-Heusay in Liege, Belgium. This had led to a new generation supermarket that merges attention to the environment, enhancement of the articles and a welcoming layout.
The challenge won by Epta International was to select, as specifically requested by the Retailer, only open chilled cabinets with the highest possible energy saving for the fresh product area. The vertical SkyView Plus chilled cabinets by Bonnet Névé have exceeded expectations. The client particularly appreciated their design and the guaranteed visibility of the specialties of local producers, thanks to minimal aesthetics and accent LED lights.
Another special feature of the store is the absence of serve-over departments: the meat, cured meat, pastry zones and the sushi zone, are furnished with semivertical Loggia Volum chilled cabinets by Bonnet Névé and islands realised with Twin Eurocryor and Duo Max Design by Bonnet Névé. The primary focus of the store is to enhance the meat offer, the key ingredient of the majority of local recipes.
